This is not finalized but here is the general plan.
1. Push Ups - Continue push ups but break-up into 2 sets. No days off. 81 push ups will be the start here, add one per day.
2. Stretches - Continuing stretching plan
3. Alternative Hand and Leg - Continue but break-up into 2 sets. Starting at 41 total. Add one per day.
4. Goggins Strech - Cumulative starting at 81 seconds.
5. Stopping one game.

1. Continue no Starbucks?
