Day Five - Are you still tracking?


 Day 5 - Are you still tracking? Five push-ups completed today. Life always has the aches and pains. For the past couple of weeks, I have been dealing with sciatica - feels like my left big toe toe nail is coming off. I have found push ups have helped my back problems and look forward to getting my core back in shape.
