Day 8 and Day 9 - Consistency and repetition builds strength
Day 8 - Sunday - Normally, I like to take a day of rest from exercising, work, etc. However, I am going a straight 40 Days for this program. No days off. Days off start after the 40 Day program if you want to continue along. Eight push ups done.
Day 9 - Monday - It's cold outside. At 5:22 AM is was 28 degrees outside my house. Stood there for 3 minutes outside for a little cold therapy before heading into the hot tub.
Nine push ups in the book with stretches.

I am hopeful to play golf in 11 days...almost 10 weeks after surgery.
