Day 6 - Let’s go
Six push ups in the books. I start my day with reading, prayer, daily Zig Ziglar motivation, glass of water, hot tub, stretch, measure weight, and then exercise - preferably before 6:30 AM. Do I all these things everyday - no. But that is the goal.
Eight scheduled Zoom meetings today, time to move. First one starts at 7:00 AM.
