Day 26 - The Thanksgiving Push Up Challenge

Many of you will have the question, shouldn't I take off Thanksgiving? 26 days in a row? There is football and family and I have to travel and cook and I just want to take the day off... Short answer - NO. No excuses. The real question is whether you will be doing your push ups before or after the Thanksgiving meal. Option #1 - Push-ups before the meal. Feel good that you have completed your reps before Thanksgiving. Feel less bloated. This was my choice. Option #2 - Push-ups after the meal. You may feel like your tummy is a little larger. Bonus - you do not have to go down as far. I don't recommend this option. But it is better than nothing at all. By the way, as you go towards the floor, according to military push up standards, you should not to touch the floor with your chest. Happy Thanksgiving and lets be thanksful that we can exercise and get stronger EVERY DAY! Now lets see if I can cook this Turkey today...
