Day 24 - How long does it take to create muscle tone?

According to an article in the Times of India, "you have to target a specific muscle group on a particular day get your muscles toned. You should correct your form and increase repetitions with time. Depending on the intensity and the consistency of your workout, it will take 4 to 8 weeks for your muscles to get toned." Good news. For 3 1/2 weeks, you have been consistently working on the same muscle group. You have been increase your repetitions daily and hopefully improving your form. You should begin, if you have not already, starting to feel muscle tone develop. Push ups target the following muscle groups: Chest muscles, or pectorals Shoulders, or deltoids Back of your arms, or triceps Abdominals The wing muscles under your armpit, called the serratus anterior
