Christopher A. Panagiotu is a wealth advisor in the Fircrest office of Lucia Capital Group. Christopher provides comprehensive financial planning services for his clients and is versed in employer sponsored retirement plans. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®, conferred by College for Financial Planning) and currently holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (held with LPL Financial).

In 2020, Chris was recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager* by the Seattle Times. Christopher grew up in the retirement plan business. Prior to joining Lucia Capital Group, he interned with UBS and worked for Morgan Stanley. He attended University of Oregon where he graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration after three years. In his free time, Christopher is involved in athletics and currently competes nationally in drug-free bodybuilding.

He is a supporter of the “The Geneva Foundation”, a Tacoma nonprofit that supports advancements in Military Medicine. Christopher serves on the board of Accelerating Community Empowerment (ACE), a Brazilian nonprofit that devotes its resources to empowering the next generation of Brazilian children to have the opportunity to make a difference. When it comes to football, Christopher cheers for his Ducks. He attends University Place Presbyterian Church.

Day 7 - One Week officially in the Books

Working on that daily habit to exercise again. 7 Push Ups completed. Starting to get that strength back. For those following, there will be a point that you need to break up the push ups into different sets. That is ok and makes sense. Here's my recommendation, whether you do the push ups from your knees or standard push ups, try to do the most amount of reps in a specific set right before you are unable to do anymore. Rest two minutes and then start your next set. Another option is to split the sets in different parts of the day. As you build strength, you will be able to do more reps in each set.
