operations, and change management.

His focus will be to strengthen efficiencies and effectiveness and
to drive outcomes that further Opportunity's mission
to end extreme poverty. Before joining Opportunity, Kurtz spent 27 years in investment banking with Goldman Sachs, Salomon
Brothers/Citigroup, and Credit Suisse.

He was a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 boards and CEOs,
managing company-transforming M&A, activist
shareholder situations, capital structure/balance
sheet decisions, and capital markets access.
